The planned works depend on weather conditions so the dates and times of executing them may change.
Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. started the extension of the Rudno junction in August 2015. The investment planned in the concession agreement has been brought forward at the request of neighbouring local authorities. The northern part of the motorway gained new slip roads and a roundabout making it possible to exit the motorway from the Krakow direction to Krzeszowice or Alwernia and entering the A4 from Alwernia or Krzeszowice.
The time of putting into operation new slip roads of the Rudno junction depends on the conclusion of administrative proceedings connected with obtaining the decision about the operating permit, what should happen at the turn of March and April.

About Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. (SAM S.A.)
Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. manages the 60-kilometre long stretch of the A4 motorway between Katowice and Krakow. It is the first fully functional road of this kind in Poland, built within the framework of public-private partnership as a brownfield investment – modernisation of the road built in the 1970s and 1980s. Unlike other concessions for managing toll motorways, the project run by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. does not burden the state budget in any way. The company does not receive the so-called availability payments from the State. The company does not benefit from any State Treasury subsidies or guarantees.
