We turn traffic jams into cork and football boots - 2016

“We are replacing traffic jams into cork and football boots” – (in colloquialPolish cork means a traffic jam) - under the slogan of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. at the turn of 2016 and 2017, it encouraged users of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway to use electronic toll collection. The positive response from drivers was rewarded with gifts made of… cork. One zloty from each A4Go on-board unit purchased at that time was transferred to the fund provided by the concessionaire for the purchase of balls and sports shoes for children from the House of Guardian Angels in Katowice and the Siemacha Association from Krakow. The campaign ended with a match played by the charges of both organizations.
The main character of the campaign carried out by Stalexport - the House of Guardian Angels in Katowice - helps young people and children from difficult backgrounds and socially maladjusted people, as well as their families. One of the forms of educating children and adolescents that Angels focus on is sport, incl. football. The Guardian Angels' House has a football team for boys aged 7 to 12. Children improve their football skills under the supervision of experienced coaches. The final match as part of the "A4Go. We replace traffic jams cork and football boots"played with peers from the Progres Sports Academy, which is supervised by the Siemacha Association from Krakow, which has been educating young people through sport for years.
