14 March - between 1:00-2:00 at night for a period of about 20 minutes the A4 motorway will be closed entirely in both directions

Please be informed that on the 13/14 March 2017 r. between 6 PM and 2 AM, short term traffic management changes are planned on both carriageways of the A4 motorway Katowice-Kraków in the vicinity of the Rudno Junction,  between km 381 and km 383.

Furthermore, on the 14 March 2017 between 1 AM and 2 AM for a period of about 20 minutes the A4 motorway will be closed entirely in both directions – transit during this period will not be possible.

Below a schedule of the traffic management changes along the motorway in the vicinity of the Rudno Junction is provided:

HEADING TOWARD KRAKÓW

• 13/14 March 10 PM – 2 AM – the left lane will be closed. Traffic will be diverted onto the right  lane. The speed limit will be lowered to 80 km/h.
• 14 March 1 AM - 2 PM - traffic will be stopped on the motorway for approximately 20 minutes.

HEADING TOWARD KATOWICE

• 13/14 March 12 PM – 2 AM – the left lane will be closed. Traffic will be diverted onto the right lane. The speed limit will be lowered to 80 km/h.
• 14 March 1 AM – 2 PM - traffic will be stopped on the motorway for approximately 20 minutes.

Due to the above when planning your route along the concession section of the motorway, please take into consideration the expected interruptions noted above.

At the same time we would like to inform you, that the planned works may be effected by the weather, as a result their date and completion time may change.
