Contactless methods of payments: A4Go & videotolling/ Works on the A4 motorway Katowice-Krakow

CONTACLESS, SAFE METHODS OF PAYMENT

We encourage our customers to use safe, contactless automatic methods of payment: electronic toll collection A4Go & Telepass and also videotolling with Autopay application (in English as well) & SkyCash application available at Google Play and App Store. Please be informed that till 30 September 2020, there are preferential toll rates for these automatic payment at the A4 motorway, section Katowice-Krakow.

For users of automatic methods of payment there are special, dedicated toll gates marked as in the table below (orange gates).

The above mentioned tolls apply at one toll plaza.

 WORKS ON THE A4 MOTORWAY, SECTION KATOWICE-KRAKOW

• Resurfacing - changes in traffic organisation between the Jelen and Byczyna junctions at the section of 4 kilometres (km 358 - 362). There are two narrowed lanes in both directions with a speed limit, however during the introduction of changes in the traffic organisation there will be only one lane.
• From 15 July - resurfacing between the Myslowice junction and the toll plaza in Myslowice at the section of 3 kilometres (km 348.5 - 351.5). There will be two narrowed lanes in both directions with a speed limit, however during the introduction of changes in the traffic organisation there will be only one lane i.e. at night from 17 to 21 July.

The exit from the A4 motorway to the S1 road at the Brzęczkowice junction will only be possible from the right-hand lane, which will run along the road towards Krakow. Users who choose the left lane along the opposite road (towards Katowice) will not be able to take the exit onto S1.

• Sewage system modernisation - till 16 November 2020 change in traffic organisation on the carriageway in Krakow direction before the Balin junction (km 368) at the section of 600 meters. Two narrowed lanes in both directions with a speed limit to 80 km/h.
