Customer Service Points

Please be informed that due to the epidemic situation in Poland, Customer Service Points in Mysłowice and Balice are opened  from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., while contact by e-mail and telephone will be possible from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Online orders through the www.a4go.pl website can be placed as before - around the clock. Sorry for the inconvenience.

On 31 December 2020 Customer Service Points will be open from 7 am to 3 pm (online service as well). On 4 January 2021 due to some technical works Customer Service Points will be open from 7 am to 2.30 pm (online service as well).

toll rates for category 1 vehicles

Please be informed that at present the toll rate for vehicles of category 1 (motorbikes, two-axle road vehicles) amounts to PLN 12 at each toll plaza i. e. in Myslowice and Balice.The toll rate for a passage with a motorbike amounts to PLN 6.

There are preferential toll rates for drivers using the A4Go and Telepass electronic toll collection as well as Autopay and SkyCash applications. Please see the table below.

CONTACLESS, SAFE METHODS OF PAYMENT

We encourage our customers to use safe, contactless automatic methods of payment: electronic toll collection A4Go & Telepass and also videotolling with Autopay application (in English as well) & SkyCash application available at Google Play and App Store.

For users of automatic methods of payment there are special, dedicated toll gates marked as in the table below (orange gates).

Toll rates valid from 1 October 2020.

The above mentioned tolls apply at one toll plaza.
