Free of charge journeys of Polish non-governmental organisations vehicles on the A4 motorway, section Katowice-Kraków

Due to the situation caused by the armed conflict in Ukraine, given the need for a moment, vehicles or groups of vehicles reported by Polish non-governmental organizations, within the meaning of the Act on Public Benefit and Volunteer Work of April 24, 2003, as providing aid to Ukrainian citizens are exempt from the payment on the section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway.

The condition for such an organization to be exempt from the toll is to send at least 24 hours in advance to the following address: SEND A MESSAGE the application containing the following information:

1. Name of the non-governmental organization organizing humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
2. Contact details of the above-mentioned organization (registered office address, e-mail address, contact telephone number).
3. Registration numbers of vehicles carrying the above-mentioned humanitarian aid.
4. The planned date and route of the vehicles carrying the above-mentioned humanitarian aid.

The information mentioned in the above points should be sent in the body of the e-mail without attaching any attachments.

The application in question should be signed by a person authorized to represent the organization. After positive verification of the application, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. will provide a return confirmation of its consent to such a journey.
