From January 1, 2024, vehicles carrying humanitarian aid for Ukraine will not be exempt from tolls.

Due to the arrangements with the Ministry of Infrastructure and concessionaires of toll motorways in Poland, we would like to inform you that from January 1, 2024, vehicles carrying humanitarian aid for Ukraine will not be exempt from tolls. From the new year, drivers of such vehicles will be subject to tolls in accordance with the current toll rates (price list).

The possibility of applying for a toll exemption for travel with humanitarian aid for Ukraine was temporarily introduced on March 1, 2022. Applications for a toll exemption for traveling on the concession section of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway will be considered until December 30, while free of charge travel will be possible until December 31, 2023 year.
