From October 1, 2021 changes in the toll rates on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and preferential toll rates for automatic payments
From October 1, 2021 the following changes in the toll rates on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and preferential toll rates for automatic payments (A4Go, Telepass and videotolling):
- reduction of the discount applied to the toll rate for category 2 and 3 vehicles from PLN 15 to PLN 13,
- elimination of preferential toll rates for vehicles of categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments,
- change in the preferential toll rate for category 1 vehicles (other than motorcycles) for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments from PLN 8 to PLN 9.
As a result of the above, from October 1, 2021, the toll rates charged at each of the two toll plazas (in Myslowice and Balice) will be as follows:

Users of the A4Go electronic toll collection in the pre-paid formula have the option of guaranteeing travel on the A4 Katowice-Krakow motorway at the price of:
- PLN 8 for category 1 vehicles
- PLN 17 for category 2 and 3 vehicles;
- PLN 30 for category 4 vehicles
for the next two years from the date of purchase, regardless of any changes in the toll rates. It is enough that by the end of September this year they will recharge their A4Go on-board unit with impulses (trips) or register with the A4Go service www.a4go.pl and together with the device they will purchase a package of at least 20 impulses for the start.
