Safe, automatic methods of payment at toll gates: A4Go, Telepass, Autopay, SkyCash, IKO

Users of IKO - the PKO Bank Polski application - can pay at A4 Katowice-Kraków gates automatically. All they need to do is add their vehicle details in the Road Tolls function and add an account or a bank card. One user can add even several cars and several settlement methods. In IKO, drivers can also use other services: parking fees, car insurance, or, for example, transfers of payment for fines. IKO can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store, AppGallery and from the Microsoft website.

The IKO application, similarly to Autopay and SkyCash, can be used by drivers of vehicles of categories 1-5, excluding motorcycles. At the toll plaza, you do not need to be logged into the IKO application or have a phone with you. When entering the gates in Mysłowice or Balice, you should choose the line marked with a black camera pictogram on a yellow background. For videotolling users, there are three gates in each direction: the first two on the left and one on the right of the toll plaza. The leftmost, orange gate is dedicated exclusively to automatic payments with the participation of IKO, SkyCash, Autopay, as well as electronic toll collection A4Go and Telepass. As part of videotolling, devices installed at the gates read the vehicle's license plate and automatically raise the barrier. Payment is made without the involvement of the driver, which makes the journey very smooth. It does not require opening the car window, giving the collector cash or a card, collecting the change and the receipt - in the time of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, it is the safest way to pay tolls for traveling on the motorway. With IKO, you can also pay for A1 motorway trips.
