Toll collection on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway from 1 October 2021

We kindly inform you that the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway is not and will not be covered by the new Electronic Toll Collection System e-Toll and e-Toll on-board devices or the e-Toll mobile application cannot be used on this motorway section.

Information on e-Toll introduced on national roads and motorways managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, i.e. A4 Wrocław - Gliwice and A2 Konin - Stryków, are published on: https://etoll.gov.pl

From October 1, 2021 the following changes in the toll rates on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway and preferential toll rates for automatic payments (A4Go, Telepass and videotolling):

• reduction of the discount applied to the toll rate for category 2 and 3 vehicles from PLN 15 to PLN 13,
• elimination of preferential toll rates for vehicles of categories 2, 3, 4 and 5 for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments,
• change in the preferential toll rate for category 1 vehicles (other than motorcycles) for travel with the use of the above-mentioned automatic payments from PLN 8 to PLN 9.

As a result of the above, from October 1, 2021, the toll rates charged at each of the two toll plazas (in Myslowice and Balice) will be as follows:
