Works on the A4 motorway, section Katowice-Kraków

We kindly inform you that due to the reconstruction of the motorway drainage on 21 June from 10 am to1 pm the right lane in the direction of Katowice will be closed, in the area of ​​km 376 + 680, along the section of approx. 900 meters. There will be a speed limit of 80 km/h.

Moreover renovation works are still carried out on the bridge structure in Mysłowice on a section of approx. 2 km (from km 348 to km 349.8):

• one lane is open on the carriageway in the direction of Katowice,
• on the carriageway in the direction of Krakow, 2 lanes are intended for traffic in the direction of Krakow, and one lane for traffic in the direction of Katowice.

Due to the fact that the bridge is located in the vicinity of the Brzęczkowice junction, the above-mentioned difficulties may also affect the traffic flow within this junction and the S1 road.

The end of works is scheduled for June 29, 2022.
