Pomoc humanitarna - WAŻNY KOMUNIKAT/ Humanitarian Aid - IMPORTANT NOTICE

Ze względu na bardzo dużą liczbę napływających wniosków o zwolnienie z opłat na odcinku autostrady A4 Katowice-Kraków informujemy, że w pierwszej kolejności rozpatrywane są wnioski w pełni spełniające wymagania (różne dla organizacji polskich i zagranicznych) określone we wcześniejszych komunikatach, to jest:

1. zostały złożone z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem (ponad 24 godziny)
2. zostały przesłane na właściwy adres e-mail (dla organizacji polskich: WYŚLIJ WIADOMOŚĆ , a dla organizacji spoza Polski WYŚLIJ WIADOMOŚĆ )
3. zawierają wszystkie wymagane dane.

Przypominamy, że transport prywatny nie jest zwolniony z opłat.

Samochody z ukraińskimi tablicami rejestracyjnymi są zwolnione z opłat bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia o tym fakcie.

Informujemy, że samo przesłanie wniosku nie jest równoznaczne z przyznaniem zwolnienia z opłaty. Zwolnienie z opłaty jest przyznane po przesłaniu potwierdzenia przez Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A, że zgłoszone numery rejestracyjne zostały skutecznie załadowane do systemu poboru opłat.

Przypominamy także, że Kierowcy pojazdów, które uzyskały zwolnienie z opłaty, w trakcie przekraczania bramek poboru opłat winny zgłosić ten fakt kasjerowi. Należy korzystać z linii poboru opłat oznaczonych niebieskim znakiem z symbolem kasjera.

W przypadku posiadania aktywnych usług elektronicznego poboru opłat na koncesyjnym odcinku autostrady (urządzenie pokładowe A4Go/Telepass albo aplikacje videotolling) należy pamiętać o ich deaktywowaniu przed wjazdem na odcinek koncesyjny.

Due to the very large number of incoming requests for exemption from tolls on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway section, we would like to inform you that requests that fully meet the requirements (different for Polish and foreign organizations) specified in the previous communications, are considered first:

1. have been submitted in sufficiently in advance (more than 24 hours)
2. have been sent to the appropriate e-mail address (for Polish organizations: WYŚLIJ WIADOMOŚĆ , and for organizations from outside Poland WYŚLIJ WIADOMOŚĆ )
3. contain all required data.

We remind you that private transport is not exempt from the toll.

Cars with Ukrainian license plates are exempt from the toll without prior notification of this fact.

Please note that sending the request does not mean that the exemption from tolls has been granted. The exemption form the tolls is granted upon an e-mail confirmation from Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. that the requested lincense plate numbers were successfully uploaded to the toll collection system

Drivers of the vehicles exempt from the toll should report that fact to the toll collector at the toll collection plazas. Only manned toll collection lanes, marked with the blue signs including the toll collector pictogram, can be used.

If you have active electronic toll collection services on the concession section of the motorway (A4Go / Telepass on-board device or videotolling applications), remember to deactivate them before entering the concession section.
